The payment of the price of the purchased goods and the shipping costs can be made:
– payment by credit card (VISA and MasterCard are accepted)
– Paypal (attention, in case of cancellation or refund we are not responsible for the cancellation fee charged by Paypal)
– by bank transfer
– sending of the amount by post
In order to proceed with the payment, the customer must follow each and every one of the instructions that appear on the screen. The cardholder is aware of and accepts the conditions established by the merchant.
Methods of delivery/collection
With regard to the delivery of the products, the customer can choose between two options: home delivery in Spain or collection at our shop in calle Amor de Dios, 14, 41002, Seville. The transport of orders over 80€ from Seville city is free of charge. Delivery will always be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the order is placed. Shipping costs will be stipulated in each purchase.
MRW and Correos transport prices depend on weight and delivery point.
Delivery times are counted from the time the order is completed and made available to the carrier.
In the event of damage to the packaging, the customer may not accept the shipment by informing the courier driver that it is rejected, or accept it, indicating the defect on the delivery note and contacting the Tarico shop.
Unless proven otherwise, the delivery is understood to have been made on the day that appears on the invoice or purchase receipt, or on the corresponding delivery note if this is later.
The guarantee of the products purchased shall be their invoice or receipt of purchase. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery of the product. Defects or flaws that may arise from incorrect handling of the products and materials or wear and tear caused by normal use are not included in the warranty.
In the event that a product is not in stock, we will contact the purchaser by telephone or email to advise them of the possible delay and an approximate delivery date.
We need the customer to provide us with a contact telephone number to pass on to the transport company who will contact the customer in the event of any incident. If the customer is not available at the delivery address, another delivery date can be arranged.
Data protection
All data provided for this purpose is encrypted to ensure maximum security. They are hosted on a secure server certified according to the SSL protocol. Tarico also declares that under no circumstances does it store in any way the data provided by customers through the payment gateway and that it is only kept while the purchase is being made, the payment is made and until the withdrawal period has elapsed. In order to guarantee the greatest security to our customers, Tarico, as appropriate, reserves the right to request the documents corresponding to the identity and means of payment of the customer, prior to the delivery of the order. Once payment has been made, Tarico will proceed to verify receipt of payment. The customer will receive an email notifying him/her that the payment has been accepted. Tarico will then proceed with the delivery of the order.
Withdrawal of orders placed
The customer has the right to withdraw from the order within 7 calendar days, justifying the reasons. The withdrawal period shall expire 7 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us of his name, his full address and, if available, his telephone number, and his e-mail address, his decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail) or by calling us at Customer Services on (+34) 954026803. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Returns
Products must be returned in their original packaging. Upon receiving the goods and checking their condition, we will proceed to refund the amount by bank transfer. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. If the returned products are not in their original packaging, the amount to be refunded will be depreciated. If the return is for reasons attributable to Tarico, the shipping costs will be borne by Tarico (if the products do not correspond to those published on the website or an error has been made in the shipment that does not correspond to the products in the customer’s order).
