Andalusian Organic Weissbier, Wheat Destraperlo

Malt beer “Andalusian Organic Weissbier”type or white beer (3.5% vol. Alc.), as the wheat are called. Made with two types of barley malt, wheat malt and a variety of hops. Straw-colored with soft carbonation. Refreshing and friendly beer, apparently simple until nuances come from the bitter orange peel and coriander. The banana tones are the most present character given by the yeast. All made with 100% organic ingredients strictly complying with European regulations on organic production.
