Here we propose an artisan basket of typical Andalusian sauces from the producers La Golosa and Al Jaque in Benacazón (Seville) and Montejaque (Málaga). There are four jars with different types of lactose-free and vegan sauces.
The mojo picón is used for dishes of crumpled potatoes, grilled meat.
Dill sauce is used for dishes that carry fish such as salmon.
Chestnut sauce is ideal for poultry meat.
Organic caramelized roasted onion has many uses in the kitchen. It can be used to season red meats and poultry, fish, potatoes and sauteed vegetables, tortillas, with foie, pizza, in the preparation of quiche.
