It is a chorizo cured with pieces of meat for which the best knife-cut meat has been used without adding fat with a homemade dressing (paprika de la vera, garlic and salt) that gives it a rich flavor. The pigs are raised in freedom with a healthy exercise program in the forests of El Real de la Jara in the Sierra Norte of Seville. The wrap is natural and the chorizo has two months of curing. Approximate weight 600g.
