Extra Virgin Olive Oil Hojiblanca has an intense bitterness but with a smooth entry into the mouth. You can notice intense touches of olive leaf, green apple, tomato and chilli peppers.
The harvest is done with a mechanical harvester. The extraction is done in cold without adding water. It has an acidity of 0.13.
