Olive oil Supremo Picual comes from Jaen, the world capital of olive oil. It is a complex oil, with an intense aroma. Remember the olive leaves, artichoke, with touches of green apple and tomato. The entry into the mouth is soft. The bitterness and the itch are balanced which makes it very pleasant. The harvesting of the olives is mechanical. The oil is extracted cold without adding water.
The color is intense green with 0.11 acidity.
