Extra virgin olive oil Supremo Royal has an intense bitterness but with a smooth entrance in the mouth. It is a balanced but atypical oil. You can notice intense touches of white flowers, grass, green banana peel and green apple.
The harvest is done with a mechanical harvester. The extraction is done in cold without adding water. It has an acidity of 0.10.
