Clear and gleaming, red cherry with violet iridescence. Aroma of great fruity charge, raspberry and cherries, light floral touch (geranium). In the mouth it is enveloping, fresh acidity, juicy, full of youth, with mature tannins, persistent. Serve fresh, between 14º and 16º. Carbonic maceration.
Pairing: Beans with sausage or game, mushrooms, cold meats, sirloin with pepper, beef carpaccio, hare cake
